Before you join
- What do I pay during the beta?
- The licence is free for the whole beta period, so the only thing you pay for is the AI credits your agents use.
- How do the AI credits work?
- Credits are the compute behind every task your agents run: research, writing, outreach, analysis. Because the licence is free during the beta, credits are the only cost you carry. How they are charged is set out in our pricing.
- What do I pay after the beta?
- You choose a plan when the beta ends, and beta supporters get 50% off its licence fee for the first 12 months. AI credits are charged as normal on top of that. You are never moved onto a paid plan without choosing one.
- What happens after those 12 months?
- The licence returns to its standard price at that time, with AI credits still charged as normal, and you can change plan or cancel whenever you like. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
- How will you use my details?
- We use them to contact you about the beta. If you tick the optional box we will also send you product updates, and every one of those carries a one click unsubscribe. Once you are using Leva, your agents work from the business context you give them so the output sounds like you. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
- What if I want to leave?
- Leave the waitlist or stop the emails by unsubscribing from any message we send. If you have started using Leva you can cancel from your dashboard at any time. To have your data deleted, use our data deletion page.
