Data Deletion

1. Overview

Orbixa Technologies Limited (“Orbixa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Leva (“the Service”). This page explains what personal data Leva holds and how you can request its deletion. Your rights are set out in full in our Privacy Policy. We action verified deletion requests within 30 days, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What Data Leva Holds

Depending on how you interact with the Service, we may hold:

  • Account data: name, email address, company name, billing details, and login credentials of account holders.
  • Goal and configuration data: business goals, objectives, and preferences used to configure your AI team.
  • Usage and technical data: activity within the platform, IP address, device, and browser information.
  • Contact and lead data loaded by tenants: where a Leva customer (a “tenant”) loads contacts, leads, or other third-party personal data into the Service, Leva processes that data on the tenant’s behalf. For this data the tenant is the data controller and Leva acts as a processor.

3. If You Are a Leva Account Holder

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data in either of the following ways:

  • In the app: sign in at app.getleva.ai and use your account settings to delete your account, or
  • Contact us: use our popup, submitting from the email address associated with your account, and ask us to delete your data.

We may need to verify your identity before actioning the request. We will confirm once your data has been deleted.

4. If You Are Not a Leva Account Holder

If your personal data is held in Leva because a tenant loaded it into the Service (for example, you are a contact or lead in a customer’s list), that tenant is the data controller and decides how your data is used. You can:

  • Contact the organisation that holds your data directly, or
  • Use our popup and we will forward your request to the relevant tenant and assist them, as processor, in actioning it.

Where we are able to identify the data ourselves, we will act on the controller’s instructions to delete or anonymise it.

5. What Is Deleted and What Is Anonymised

When we action a deletion request, we delete the personal data that identifies you, including account details, goal and configuration data, and contact or lead records. Some data may be retained where we are legally required to keep it (for example, billing and tax records) for the minimum period required by law.

Usage and analytical data may be retained in aggregated or anonymised form that can no longer be linked to you. Anonymised data is not personal data and is used only to understand and improve the Service.

6. Timeframe

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is particularly complex, we may extend this period as permitted under UK GDPR and will let you know. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
